ămoebaeus (ămoebēus), a, um alternatif, dialogué, qui se fait tour à tour.    - [gr]gr. ἀμοιϐαῖος.    - amoebeum carmen, Fest. : poème dialogué où les deux interlocuteurs se répondent par autant de vers.    - pes amoebeus, Diom. : pied amébée (pied de cinq syllabes, composé de deux longues, de deux brèves et d'une longue. Exemple : incrēdĭbĭlēs).
